Alice R. Flavetta, age 91, entered eternal life May 20, 2022.  Alice was born April 16, 1931, to Jesus and Carmen Diaz in Stockton California and was a beloved sister to Rose (Davi), Rita (Young), Dave (Cadena) and Gil (Cadena). After graduating from Pittsburg High in 1949 she went on the work for Pacific Bell for 30 years retiring in 1982. In 1952 Alice married Jim Perino Jr. and they had two daughters: Debra (Perino) and Cynthia (Clay). In 1964 Alice and Jim divorced and she found and married the love of her life, Tom Flavetta who preceded her in death in 2007. Also preceding her in death are her daughter Debra, sister Rita and brother Gil. She was a loving grandmother (Nana) to Travis and Todd Clay and four great-grandchildren. She was a long-time member of Church of Good Shepherd.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 9:00am to 11:30am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy following at 12:00pm at Church of  the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
