Anthony Paul Russo Jr., 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2020. He was a lifelong resident of Pittsburg and worked for the Pittsburg Unified School District. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents Anthony P. Russo Sr., and Frances Gambalie Russo, who owned Russo's Bakery and Anthony's Wedding and Cake Supplies in Pittsburg.

Anthony was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Lola Russo and two children, Diane Russo (Jacques) and Paul Russo. Four grand children, Jessica and Chelsea Russo, Andre and Alisha Delavioux, 10 great grandchildren, JJ, Jordan, Julian, Jazzelle, Jeremiah, Jaydyn and Josiah Lopez, Cattaleya and Kai Fernandez and Josiah Delavioux. He is also survived by his siblings Francine Brown, Mary Anne Ardent (John), Cheryl Maldonado (Raymond), John Russo (Anne) and Julie Latendresse (Brian) and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 12th between 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial services will follow at 1:30 at Holy Cross Cemetary in Antioch.
