As she was in life, Audrey was strong during her short illness. She was born in Everly, Iowa, and was the 5th of 13 children born to Leslie and Helen Johnson. Audrey, with her husband, owned and operated several
successful businesses including an Italian restaurant,
and a board and care for the elderly.Audrey was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Horace Ratzi Costanza, and is survived by her children Beverly Johnson, Nanette Sittinger, Neno Costanza, 8 grandchildren,
12 great grandchildren,
1 great great grandchild.
