He was born in Manila, Philippines to Domingo and Consuelo Walker. He graduated from Pittsburg High School 1966. After serving in the US Air Force for 4 years, Ben retired from IBEW Local 302 as an Electrician. He is survived by his two daughters, Tisha (Epifanio) Partida of Pittsburg, Shanelle (Julius) Nichols of Los Angeles, and also two granddaughters Breana and Jasmine Partida.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday August 15th from 9:30 till 11:00 at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel, followed by a service talk at 11:30 at the Kingdom Hall of
Jehovah's Witnesses. Burial to follow at the Sacramento National Cemetery in Dixon.
