Bertha Knox passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones during her passing to join our heavenly father. She touched many lives with her loving spirit, outgoing personality, and feistiness.

Bertha was born in Concord, California to Domitila and Jesus Garcia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and travelling with her husband.
Bertha is survived by her loving husband, Charles Knox, and her devoted children Richard Alfaro (Denise) of Antioch, Sandra Acuna (Gerardo) of Antioch, and Mark Alfaro of Irvine, seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Ernie Gutierrez. Her family will miss her dearly.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 4:30pm with a vigil 6:30pm. Chapel blessing Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:30am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel.
