Betty was a wonderful daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.  She had a very strong work ethic and worked for 15 years as a resident manager at Stoneman Village in Pittsburgh, Ca. before retiring. She loved to crochet, was very intelligent and worked crosswords puzzles with ease.  She had many passions in life, but most of all loved spending time with her family.

Betty was a warrior against her illnesses and during it all she barely complained or focused on herself but was deeply concerned for others. Her strength and caring will always be remembered.

A special thank you for the kind and compassionate care given by the staff at Stoneman Village and Kindred Hospice for which we are so grateful.
