Carlos peacefully passed away on July 13, 2016 surrounded by family. He was born in the Philippines and enlisted in the U.S. Navy at the age of 19 and proudly served 20 years for his adopted country first as a cook and moving up in rank to Machinist 1st Class.
Beloved husband of Lida Francisco for forty-nine years; caring and loving father of Lieda Lundquist (Mark) and Mark Francisco; and adored brother, uncle, and grandfather.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 5:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11:30am at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon.
