Cynthia Lea Galusha Quesada was born January 21, 1951 in Bremerton Washington.  The eldest child of Rod and Betty Galusha.  Cindy was raised in Pittsburg CA where she attended schools.

Cindy loved music, animals, gardening, fishing, and was an avid 49er fan and Nascar Dale Earnhardt fan.

She is survived by her daughter Gina Romo-Palomino (Mario), son Michael Cardinale (Linda), granddaughters Alexaundria Galamay (Duane), Essabella Grajeda, Faith, Sophia, and Victoria. Sibling Mike Galusha (Loni), Jody Herschelman (Wes), Karen Galusha (Michael Archuleta), Randy Galusha (Theresa), and many nieces and nephews.
