Daniel Feliciano, a beloved husband, father, and devout man of God, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on October 23, 1950, in Martinez, California, Daniel lived a life deeply rooted in his Christian faith, defined by service, love, and a profound devotion to his family and community. In 1970, Daniel answered the call to serve his country by joining the California National Guard. He served with honor for over two decades, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6) before his honorable discharge in 1992, and later officially retiring from the military in 2011.

Alongside his military service, Daniel was a pillar of the local workforce. He worked for U.S. Steel in Pittsburg, California, before joining the Pittsburg Unified School District in 1984, where he worked fully and faithfully until his retirement in 2020.

A passionate servant of the Lord, Daniel dedicated much of his life to ministry, working tirelessly to inspire and guide the youth. He served as a faithful Sunday school teacher and impacted countless lives as a Royal Ranger Commander for Outposts 50 and 5. A man of many talents, Daniel had a deep love for music and blessed many with his beautiful singing voice.

Daniel's greatest earthly joy was his family, and his capacity to love knew no bounds. He shares an enduring legacy with his beloved wife of 53 years, Blanca Estela Feliciano. He was a proud and devoted father to his son, Daniel L. Feliciano and his wife Kristen L. Feliciano; and his daughters, Christina B. Hernandez, and Diana Delgado and her husband Alex. His love also lives on through his cherished grandchildren, Zadig A. Hernandez, Alejandro D. Valencia, David S. Salvador, and Larissa L. Feliciano; and his nieces whom he raised from the tender ages of 2 and 3, he loved them as his own daughters, Maria T. Williams. Alyssa C. Williams.

Daniel was reunited in heaven with those who passed before him: his mother, Christina Rodriguez; his brother, Pedro (Pete) Feliciano; his stepmother, Rosaura Feliciano; his father, Pedro Feliciano; and his son-in-law, Zadig Hernandez.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Daniel's life and faith on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, viewing will begin at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am at the Oak Park Christian Center, 2073 Oak Park Blvd. Pleasant Hill, California. Burial following at Oak View Memorial Park Cemetery, 2500 East 18th Street, Antioch, California.
