Deborah Jean Billeci was born June 30, 1949 to Robert and Edith Woodring of Pittsburg, California. A retired beautician and lifelong resident of Pittsburg, Deborah joined her family in heaven on September 26, 2020. Deborah is survived by her three daughters Stacey, Kristin, and Melissa. Her grandchildren Emily, Andrew, Angeleah, Jordan, and Zachariah. Her sister Denise, niece Valerie, nephew Keegan, and son-in-law's Nick and Jovan. Deborah was greeted in heaven by her parents Edith and Robert, husband Peter, sister Darleen, and brother Robert Jr.
