Dorothy Mae Jogopulos wife of Gus passed away Thursday surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Born in Hamlin Texas she lived in Pittburg since 1952. She is survived by her sons Michael Massari (Tina) and Gary Massari (Lueva), 6 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She leaves her large Flood family in Texas along with a large church family from Lighthouse Christian Center. Her joy in life was her grandchildren.She worked as a waitress for over 40 yrs in many local places. Her favorites were Marchetti's and Snooker Pete's, where she worked for over 18 yrs.She came to northern California during World War 11 and worked in the military factories as one of Rosie the Riveters.Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Funeral service Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 11:00am both at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial following at Oakview Memorial Park, Antioch.
