Earl was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Calif. 58 years ago. He loved fishing, travelling and camping. He received Jesus as his savior and was active in many Christian activities.
Earl is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lolita B. Westbrook and her son who he raised, Master Sgt. Paul B. Dangcil of Air Force Hill, Utah. He is also survived by his children; Frederick of Las Vegas, Laura Johnson and Sean Wesbrook of Antioch and Todwin Westbrook of Dallas, Tx. Sisters, Katherine Thornton of Pittsburg, Iola (Beth) Mitchell of New Jersey, and brother, Sterling Westbrook of San Leandro. He also left many grand and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Viewing Wed. Jan 24 4-6pm with a Memorial Service from 6-7:30; Funeral Service Thurs. Jan. 25 10am all at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow at Oakview Memorial Park in Antioch.
