Edward Davis Jr, (Chuckie) was born March 10, 1958, to Edward and Vera Davis in Pittsburg, California. He attended Pittsburg High school in 1976. He resided in Pittsburg until 2014 he relocated to Brentwood, California. Later to Walnut Creek, California until his death.

While living in Pittsburg, California, he confessed his life to Christ. He became a dedicated member of the St. Mark Baptist Church where he served on the Usher board with his Uncle Carneal Davis. Chuckie loved his church and would help in any capacity in the body of Christ.

Chuckie loved bowling, shopping, watching the Golden State Warriors, Dallas Cowboys and Raiders. He looked forward to visiting with his brother form Southern California, they spent time at the bowling alley, shopping and going to eat. In addition, he loved flying to Chicago, Ill on his birthdays to visit his sister Dealia Bradley and family.

His unwavering love for his sister-in law Kim Davis, who was always there to support him.

Chuckie departed this world on September 19, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parent Edward and Vera Davis and brother Michael Davis. He leaves to cherish his memory by his sister Dealia Bradely; brother Jerry Davis; sister-in- law Jacqueline Davis, sister- in- law Kim Davis and special cousin William Brown. A host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 10:00am with a funeral service at 11:00am at St Mark Baptist Church 908 Carpino Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565. Burial following at Oak View Memorial Park in Antioch, Ca.
