Edward Rosalez, born October 1, 1954, of Antioch, California, passed away on October 18, 2025. A proud U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Enterprise with the Construction Battalion (Seabees), he worked as a certified electrician and was an avid fisherman and softball player.
Ed is survived by his son Matt Rosalez (Sandy and their daughter Laila); son Nick Rosalez; stepdaughter Shirlene Holton and her children Carlos Jr. (Johnna and their son Pryce) Robles, and Samantha (her children Xena and Azari) Holton; sister Cynthia (John) Young; stepbrother Richard (Cathy) Enriquez; uncles Robert Renteria Jr. and Joseph Rosalez Sr.; aunt Lily Fernandez; and many cousins on both sides of his family.
Edward was preceded in death by his mother, Ophelia Rosalez; father, Benjamin Rosalez (Eloise); and his stepbrother, Larry Enriquez (Lynn).
