Eileen passed away peacefully on December 7th, at her home. Eileen, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, born to Theodore Arn and Lylia Marie Ice in Martins Ferry, OH. She married Jack N. Clark August 16, 1941 and in 1947 moved to Pittsburg. Eileen worked as a secretary for the Red Cross in Camp Stoneman as well as Fibreboard and Custom Ink and was active in the Pittsburg United Methodist Church.
Eileen volunteered with PICES; several other organizations; was on the board of directors of Stoneman Village and a volunteer at the facility; was a supporter of Pittsburg Community Theatre. Eileen was lovingly cared for the past several years by Ruth Mary Lippy.
Eileen was preceded in death by her son, Jackie, and husband, Jack. She is survived by daughter , Joyce Wood, (son-in-law) Ken Lucido, and daughter, Marlene Ward, (son-in-law) David Ward. She had five grandchildren: Lynette Vandergrift, David Wood, Dan Wood (deceased), Jeremy Ward, and Kirsten Clayward. She had seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Eileen will be remembered for her warm smile and loving heart.
Visitation will be held Friday, Dec 13th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral service Saturday, Dec 14th at 11:00am at the Pittsburg United Methodist Church, 153 W. Leland Rd., Pittsburg. Interment following at Oak View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Pittsburg United Methodist Church.
