Obituary

Emilia Mary Scotto Westbrook passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 after a valiant battle with cancer. She touched many lives and had a positive outlook on life. Emilia was born in Pittsburg, California and graduated from Pittsburg High School. She enjoyed watching her Golden State Warriors, going to the casino's, gardening, music and spending time with her grandchildren.


She is survived by her children Lawrence Westbrook Jr., of Pittsburg, Anthony Westbrook of Pittsburg, Diane Lemay (Bruce) of Pittsburg, Linda Bagsby (Chris) of Antioch, and grandchildren Lawrence III, AnthonyJr,, FreddieJr., Lawrence, Sedonia, Matthew, Ron and Sabrina. 18 great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister Carmella Scotto of Oakley and brother Frank Scotto of Oakley. Several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Nancy Scotto, husband Lawrence Sr., son Freddie, granddaughter Kammie and grandson Joseph. Her generous loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her.


Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a vigil at 6:30pm. Chapel blessing Friday, January 4, 2019 at 10:00am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following at Oak View Memorial Park 2500 E. 18th St., Antioch, Ca 94509.
