Following a short bout with cancer, Emmanuel passed away at home surrounded by his beloved family.  He is survived by his wife, Lina Lobaton, his children Christian (Marline), Mark (Jennifer), and Mathilde (James Bernard), and grandchildren J. Rambert, Mark Anthony, Sophie, Kaya, Maddie, Jamsie, and Kenna. A devoted son and brother, Manuel was predeceased  by his parents Rev. Magayos Javier and Matilde Sanchez, and siblings Ruth, Raquel, Eliseo, and Elizabeth. His only surviving brother Joel, lives in the Philippines.

True to his faith in the Lord, he lived his life according to the precepts of Micah 6:8 – doing justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God! Though his passing leaves a deep hole in our hearts and our lives, we are comforted knowing that he has been called home to receive his just rewards from God.

A family viewing & committal service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel located at 2295 Railroad Avenue, Pittsburg, CA 94565.

A Memorial Celebration will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 3:00pm at the Delta Baptist Church located at 500 Pacifica Avenue, Bay Point CA, 94565.
