Erlinda G. Trinidad, lovingly known as Linda, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the age of 90, surrounded by her family in Pittsburg, California. Born on January 10, 1936, in the Philippines to Luis Gonzalez and Teodora Ventanilla, she was the eldest of five siblings. She immigrated to the United States in 1951, bringing with her a spirit of resilience and hard work.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose quiet strength and kindness touched all who knew her. She shared 48 years of marriage with her late husband, Pedro Trinidad, building a life centered on family and togetherness.

She worked for Tillie Lewis Cannery, Systron Donner for 20 years, and See's Candies, where she developed her love of sweets. She enjoyed fashion and jewelry, shopping, spending time outdoors, and treasuring moments with family and friends. Her favorite place was always at home, surrounded by the people she loved most.

She is survived by her children Brian (Cindy), Lindy (Joel), and Michael, along with 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Pedro and her son Peter, who remained forever in her heart.

Linda will be remembered for her gentle spirit, steady presence, and the care she showed to those around her. Her legacy lives on in the family she loved and the memories she leaves behind.

A service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Church of the Good Shepherd, 3200 Harbor St, Pittsburg, CA 94565. She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery.

May she rest in eternal peace in the loving embrace of the Lord. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
