Fannie passed away peacefully at home. Fannie is survived by her four children, Juanita Perry (Rich), Charles Rhodes (Joanna), Billy Rhodes (Rosie) and Elwanda Kovich (Larry), and many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd J. Rhodes.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral service on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10:00am both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial following at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Concord.
