Faustino Cruz was born on September 14, 1961, in Laredo, Texas . After moving to Pittsburg, Ca as kid, he graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1979. He later became a master mechanic and his passion for cars was so great, that he later joined a low rider club called "Brown Satisfaction". Some of his favorite cars he had were a 1969 Chevy Nova, a Toyota 4x4 pickup truck and a 1968 Chevy Impala Wagon. Faustino went on to pass his love for cars on to his children.
He was truly a Simple man who loved the simple things in life , movies food cars fishing and good company . Faustino had a great sense of humor he would be the first one to crack a joke to lighten up the room . He was known for his great work ethic as well as his dedication and passion for helping others. Those of us who knew him well, knew he was always willing to lend a helping hand to everyone around him. He was the true definition of a selfless, compassionate and honorable man.
Faustino loved nothing more than his family, especially his kids and grandchildren. He leaves behind a daughter, Veronica, two sons, Faustino and Fernando along with a total of 12 grand kids; Jazmine, Marissa, Faustino, Vanessa, Fernando, Yayana, Gino, Avaya, Pablito, Mia, Santino, and baby Miklo Faustino, who will make his arrival on August 12, 2024.
We find comfort in knowing that Faustino's legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever. He has been finally reunited with his parents, Maria & Faustino Sr., and we know they're all in heaven at peace watching over us.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with a rosary at 5:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral mass Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00am at St. Peter Martyr Church. Burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
