Federico S. Manuel, Jr passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 1 ^st , 2020. Federico, also known as Pedy, Pedong, Freddy, and Fed, was born on May 10, 1969 at Jose Fabella Hospital in Manila, Philippines to Federico and Regina Manuel.

Feddy was the 4 ^th born out of the 5 siblings; Arlene, Geraldo (Gerry), Edwin, and Miguelito (Mike). He and his family lived in Manila until he was 6 years old, then moved to Rosales, Pangasinan, where he learned to raise goats, pigs, and chickens. At 14 years old, Feddy left his life in the province and immigrated to San Francisco with his parents and brothers.

Shortly after graduating George Washington High School; Class of 1987, Feddy attended City College as a business student. During this time, Feddy met a young and beautiful woman at Golden Gate Park; her name was Rhodora (Rhodsie) Teaño. They instantly fell in love, were married for 30 loving years, and raised 3 beautiful and intelligent women; Shanelynn, Sheenarose, and Sharie Kate. Feddy became a family man at a young age; since then, he made it his life purpose to be a wonderful husband and a loving father. He raised his daughters well and made sure he protected and guided his family.

Feddy was most proud of working for the Department of Homeland Security under Federal Protective Services. He enjoyed playing poker, mahjong, video games, going to buffets, trying new foods, watching action movies, going to the shooting range, and making people laugh. Most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends. He was kind and generous; his acts of service, unconditional patience, and peculiar humor will truly be missed by all who knew him. Federico's hardworking personality, selflessness, lighthearted spirit, and care for others will live on through his daughters.
