Frances Russo, 87, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 15, 2013. She was a lifelong resident of Pittsburg. Frances was predeceased in death by her husband, Anthony P. Russo, Sr., her grandson, Keith Brown, Jr., and her parents, Bessie and Joseph Gambalie. Frances and Anthony owned Russo's Bakery and Anthony's Wedding and Cake Supplies in Pittsburg.
Frances was a devoted Mother, who is survived by her 6 children, Francine Brown, Anthony P. (Lola) Russo, Jr., Mary Anne (John) Ardent, Cheryl Maldonado, John (Annie) Russo and Julie (Brian) Latendresse. She was cherished by her 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 5 great, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec 19th at 4:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Friday, Dec 20th at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
