Frances was an amazing, loving and caring woman. She is survived by her loving children: Erica Guzman (Gabriel Martinez), Crystal (James Corbette), Veronica (Bo Robledo) and Samuel Garcia Jr. Her grandchildren: Joaquine, Payton and Erabella. Her mother Amelia Ortiz and sisters: Pauline Ortiz, Mary Ann Lopez, Mercy Garner and Antionia Ortiz. She was preceded in death by her father Joe. Frances will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 11:00am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family.
