Frances Ostertag died peacefully on January 28th, 2016. Born December 10th, 1925, the youngest of 5 children to Rocco Russo and Rosalia Costanza, in Pittsburg, California. She loved her family and her Pittsburg!
As a young woman, Frances worked at Klein's Department Store and later went to work at Camp Stoneman where she met her future husband Bill.
