Frank passed away suddenly from a lengthy lung disease that left him disabled.
He was born in Martinez to Frank and Lola Beltram. Frank was a native of Pittsburg and graduated from Pitt High, class of 1984. He played football and excelled in baseball playing with local greats, like Randy Johnson, Jeff Pico, and Alex Sanchez. Frank was a huge fan of the SF Giants and Raiders.
Frank was well known in the community and would have given a stranger the shirt off his back. He enjoyed family functions and was nicknamed "Sleeping Wolf" by his granddaughter, Renee.
Frank is survived by his wife, Kimberly Beltram, mother, Lola Beltram, brother, Harry Beltram (Marquita), sister, Inez Leary, sons, Frank Pacheco-Beltram and Jerry Beltram, granddaughter, (love of his life) Renee Ruiz-Pacheco. His godmother, Emma Powers and many aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Beltram, Sr.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral services Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 1:00pm both days at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
