Frank Soto passed away on the morning of December 31st, 2025. Frank also went by Poncho, Buzz, Buzzer & Tio. He was born on December 3rd, 1952, to Moises & Maria Soto. Survived by six sisters, nephews, nieces, and friends. Frank retired from his packaging and shipping tech career. He liked to be outdoors and exercise. Love going to Hawaii and being with his dogs.

A celebration of Frank's life will be hosted by his niece Angela, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm in Brentwood, CA
