Frank was born and raised in Pittsburg, CA and was a 1988 graduate of Pittsburg High School. He was a die hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed spending time with his daughters. He is survived by his daughters, Alyssa M. Vigil of Pittsburg and Maekayla A. Martin of Concord; his Mother, Lidia Morgan; brothers, Joe, Victor and Leonard Jr.; his grandmother and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceeded in death by his Father Leonard Vigil; his grandparents and grandfather. Visitation will be held at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel on Monday, Nov 28, 2011 at 4pm with a vigil at 6pm.
