Genevieve Billeci Jereczek passed away on January 25, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born May 24th in Pittsburg, California to Horace and Nina (Troia) Billeci. She attended local schools and graduated with the class of 1950. She briefly worked for Pacific Telephone. She married Richard Jereczek in 1952 whom she met while in the Air Force stationed at Camp Stoneman. They have three children Gary Jereczek (Alice Sung) who live in Piedmont, Susan Jereczek and Linda Bartlett (Terry Bartlett) both daughters live in Antioch, four grandchildren Shannon Bartlett, Nicole Sung-Jereczek, Jake Bartlett and Alexandra Sung-Jereczek.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 4:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Friday, January 30, 2015 at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the East Bay.
