George Beesley Sr., peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Pittsburg and graduated from Antioch High School in 1969. George married the love of his life, Linda Brown on Feb 21, 1970. He retired from Safeway after 33 years. George loved spending time with his family. There was nothing he couldn't build or fix.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda, sons George Jr., Todd, Joshua Abraham, Jason, and Joshua Mathew, daughter-in-law Shawna, Joshua Abraham's fiancé Catherine Garner, two brothers Ned Warner and Everett JR., and seven grandchildren.
Friends and Family are invited to attend a celebration of his life Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 1:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel.
