Married to Elisa Marquez (deceased) and predeceased by his son Androcles. He is survived by his children: Alex, Alexis Zulueta, Elizabeth Samson, Isabelita Limjuico, and Apollo; grandchildren: Malorie, Jason, Alexandra, Annika, Gail and Grace, Ana Lee, Ana Lisa, Angelo, April, Angelica, Leslie, Pamela, Aaron Paul, Aubrey, Aidole; great grandchildren: Malynda, Jaelon, Journey, Jake, Kaya and Zoe, Jason Andrew, Summer, Sam, and Athan; children in-laws: Erlinda, Leonida, Myrna, Jess, Gary, and Danny; and, grandchildren in-laws: Kraig, Jason, Aileeneth, Aris and Sonny.

Inocencio is the son of Eugenio and Bernarda Alcantara (both deceased). He is survived by his brother Alfredo Alcantara, sister Dr. Concepcion Laqui, and cousins Telesfora Taberna and Angelina Cando. He is brother to Aquilino, Veronica Mendoza, Diosdado, Emma de Cano and Marcelo (all deceased).
