Jack (Joe) Andrew Trezza's Obituary
A native of Pittsburg, CA born on January 29, 1929 to Giuseppi & Maria Trezza who immigrated from Isola Delle Femmine, Sicily. Jack worked for U.S. Steel about 35 years and returned as a consultant for a few years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1956.
Jack enjoyed cooking for family and friends and loved to give his homemade Italian cookies to his friends. He enjoyed his retirement making hand crafted miniature fishing boats of the Delta and giving them to friends and family.
Jack is survived by children: Elaine McKinney, Jack (Dianna), Anthony (Fay) and Frank Trezza (Lori). 9 Grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his companion of 37 years, Violet Aiello and was a huge part in her children and grandchildren's life. Preceded in death by brothers: Ratzi, Frank, Jimmy and Nathan Trezza and sisters: Rose Aiello, Susie Trezza, Bessie Di Fiori and Norma Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 9:30am with a chapel blessing at 11:00am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
