James "Gito"
Angelo Baldazo
Apr 5, 1985 — Jul 7, 2023
Pittsburg
Peacemaker, kind, generous, funny and charismatic are just a few words loved ones use to describe James "Gito" Angelo Baldazo. As a young boy and well into adulthood, James had a special interest and appreciation for fine art and culture, as well as all things beautiful.
One may also say he collected friends like gems, meeting people everywhere he went and instantly finding commonalities. Once he made a friend, they would be forever connected. James was the embodiment of love. Those who truly know and love him, could tell you that he loved unconditionally, wholly, and with full acceptance.
James is survived by his mother, Christina Baldazo, and father, James Baldazo, as well as his brothers, Anthony Baldazo, Pete Baldazo, Vincent Baldazo and sister, Regina Cassara. He adored his nieces and nephews and spoiled them every chance he could. James was also a proud nino to Gabriel Perez, Wil Ulloa, Abel Juarez and Gia Manning.
Our beloved son and brother was a true artist and loved to draw, sing, play the piano and accessorize the women in his life - and they all trusted his sense of style. He could never turn down a meal from his mother, and always found comfort in her hot plates.
Family was the core value in James' life, and not just his immediate - but his entire family. He cherished his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and they really meant the world to him.
James would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and his loving personality, contagious laugh and sense of humor is already so very missed.
