James Antonio Dumlao, born January 12, 1970, 50, passed on September 21, 2020 at Redwood City Kaiser Medical Center from a ruptured brain hemorrhage. He was born in Pittsburg, CA and resided in Contra Costa County his whole life. James is survived by his Father, Romeo Dumlao; Mother, Barbara Dumlao; Sister Stephanie Dumlao; Brother, Bruce Dumlao; Nephew, Pharaoh Dumlao; Sister-in-law, Jenna Dumlao. James is also survived by his aunties and uncles and many many loving cousins all residing in California and Florida. We will always remember James for his generous giving ways. He had heart like no other and his memory will live on forever. May God put his kind and humble soul to rest for he was a man of great deeds. James was a well loved, respected and compassionate man who blessed everyone he met. He enjoyed taking his personal time helping family and friends. Helping is what James did best. He always made sure his family was taken care of first. Always giving, even with his last bit of body and soul. James loved movies, Star Wars, conventions, toys and comics. He made this love of life, his life style. Raiders for life. From Oakland to L.A. back Oakland and now Las Vegas, James was a fan. They won the day he passed. Thank you Raiders.
