James Saul Franco was born on February 15, 1942 in Oakland, Ca and grew up in Lafayette, Ca. He served in the United States Army as a band musician for 22 years. He was happily married to his loving wife, Herminia Franco for 22 years. After serving in the military, he worked in Contra Costa County as a Clerk until he retired. He joined our almighty Father for eternal happiness on February 2, 2021. May he rest easy on the wings of eternity.
