Born and raised in Pittsburg, CA, Janet had a long career with the City of Pittsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Margaret Costanza, and brother-in-law Ron Blakemore. Janet was survived by her sister, Judy Blakemore and many of her Costanza Family cousins.

A memorial funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, 10:00am at St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, 3351 Contra Loma Blvd., Antioch, CA 94509. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Janet's name to St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church or the charity of your choice.
