Javier Arroyo was born on December 3, 1940, in Churintzio, Michoacan. He married the love of his life ‐Carmen Quintero at St. Peter Martyr Church in November 1966 and later had 3 children together: Maria, Marc and Leti. He also has 5 grandchildren: Ashley, Alyssa, Joshua, Mikayla, and Matthew along with 2 great‐grandchildren:  Alina and Mila. He is survived by all family members listed above, but will be reunited with his eldest daughter, Maria in Heaven. He is a beloved husband, father, grampa, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was so very loved by the community.

Javier was a dedicated man when it came to his family and his business at La Flor de Mexico. You never met a more hard‐working individual. After fighting his hardest through many health issues and doing his best to stay with us he passed away on July 12, 2022, at Kaiser Sand Creek ER with his family right beside him.

A celebration funeral liturgy will be held on Thursday, July 28th at 10:00am at St. Peter Martyr Church in Pittsburg.
