Javier "Javi" will always be remembered by all those who's lives he touched with his friendly nature and his kindness. He was a very outgoing all around happy person who always knew how to make people laugh. Javi truly lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed fishing, horse back riding and watching his favorite team the Raiders. Most of all he enjoyed listening to live Banda with his friends. He graduated Pittsburg High in 2005.
He was blessed with a 5 year old son Javier and a 3 month old daughter Dahlia Ortiz. His parents Salomon and Aurora Ortiz, grandmother Maria Flores Sandoval, brothers Felipe, Eric and Noel Ortiz, sister Elva Valencia, brother in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 5:00pm with a vigil service at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Peter Martyr Church. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch.
