Jennifer left us peacefully in her sleep on January 15, 2022. She was born with Spina Bifida and Encephalitis. She spent a lot of time in Oakland Children's Hospital. She was raised in Antioch and graduated from Antioch High in 1984. After school she worked for Assemblyman Tom Torlakson in Martinez. Jennifer lived at Stoneman Village in Pittsburg for 27 years before moving back home. She enjoyed her family, Bingo, and the S.F. Giants.
Jennifer is survived by her sister Cindy Terry, nephews: Jarrod Garner, Devin Terry and Thomas Williams; nieces: Joanna Garner, Teresa Williams, Rhiannon and Bridget Garner. She is preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Patricia Kinsel.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 10:00am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital - Oakland
