Joan was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Settemo Davi. Though she had no children, there are many who called her grandmother. She leaves behind her sister, Josephine, brother-in-law, Carroll Weber, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She spent the early part of her life tending her garden and the latter part in prayer. She was very generous to family members and charities, and she will be greatly missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 4:00pm with a vigil at 7:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 10:00am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch. In lieu of gifts and flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd.
