God sends us on a journey in this world. We return to Him whenever he calls us back. Jordan Afu Singh's journey ended peacefully in the arms of family on September 1, 2014 in Children's Hospital, Oakland. He leaves behind his parents Shawn and Lani Singh of Concord. His 6 month old sister Leilani Afu Singh.

Jordan gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth. He had a beautiful smile. He loved showing his teeth and giggling even when he wasn't feeling so well. He will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral services Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:00am also at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Cremation services following at Oakview Memorial Park, Antioch.
