Joe peacefully passed at his home on Saturday. He graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1955. After serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1957 to 1960, Joe enjoyed a 30 year engineering career with AT&T. After retirement, Joe stayed active by volunteering at local animal rescue organizations. He was an avid reader, enjoyed political debates and spending time with extended family and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Delia. He is survived by his sisters Rosemary, of Turlock and Patricia, of Santa Rosa.
