"Josie" was raised in Antioch, Ca. with four sisters (Marceline, "Libby", Mary, and Carmen) and one brother, Joe. She married Salvatore J. Billeci in 1942 and enjoyed 51 years together   before he passed away. They raised five children (Peter (Pam), James, Jennifer, Jeff (Terri),and Mark (Pam) in Pittsburg. She was a grandmother to Traci Walker (Mike), Todd (Jennifer), Jessica Sierra (Jose), Nick (Shay), David (Midori), and Kaylan Molina (Omar). A great grandmother to Lauren Costa (Lenny), Amanda, Aaron, Briana, Trent, Luna, River, Kaito, Kana, Sebastian and Santino. A great great grandmother to William and Isabella. A godmother to Jo Marie Harakel and Kathy Culcasi.

Josie was active in St. Peter Martyr mother's guild as the kids were growing up and she was a long time parishioner of St. Peter Martyr Church and The Church of the Good Shepherd.

She enjoyed celebrating her 100th birthday with her children and grandchildren last year. She will be greatly missed but we are very thankful for the many years she was here.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 10:00am to 11:30am at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy at Church of the Good Shepherd at 12:00pm. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
