Joyce passed away on March 21, 2012 at the age of 42. She is survived by her two daughters, Charisse Joy and Christine Jade. A devoted and hardworking mother, Joyce worked as a registered nurse at Kaiser Permanent and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch. She valued her family above everything else and was scheduled to travel to the Philippines next month to attend the graduation of her daughter Charisse from the College of Nursing in La Salle University Bacolod. Viewing will be held at the Pittsburg United Methodist Church at 132 W. Leland Avenue on Thursday, March 29th from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will start at 1:30 p.m.Joyce has touched many lives and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Her remains will be flown to Bacolod City Philippines next week.
