Louis J. Salvetti, Jr., aka Luigi, passed away surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday, July 1, 2017 after a courageous and lengthy illness.  His sense of humor and wisdom will be deeply missed.
Louis worked at U.S. Steel for 39 years where he formed lifelong friendships.  He was an avid bowler, baseball player, fisherman, and golfer.  Louis is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lydia, and daughters Lisa and Demaree.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 4:00pm with a vigil at 6:30pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 10:00am at   Church of the Good Shepherd. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a contribution be made in his honor to Antioch Animal Services.
