Longtime resident of Antioch, Louise King passed peacefullu with her family beside her on March 12, 2013. Louise was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Born in Sacramento to Frank and Ellen Picou; Louise was the sixth daughter of eight children. Her siblings are Laverne, Dolores, Dona (deceased), Francine (deceased), Betty, Kathy, and Frank.
Louise and Raymond King Sr., were married May 14, 1960 in Sparks, NV and later had two children. Louise is survived by Ray, her devoted husband of 52 years and children Raymond King Jr., and Lori "King" Moxley, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She also leaves behind four sisters, one brother, one sister-in-law, one son-in-law and one daughter-in-law, and many loving nieces and nephews.
She loved to sew and quilt. In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball.
Weezy touched the lives of many with her strength, wit, humor, and caring ways. She kept close relationships with her family and friends.
A celebration of her life with family and friends will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 12:00pm at Little Manuel's Restaurant 1509 A Street, Antioch.
