In Loving Memory of Ludim Moralez
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, Ludim Moralez, who was born on February 24, 1943, in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she was raised with strong family values that she carried with her throughout her life.
At the age of 19, Ludim came to the United States, where she met the love of her life, Raymond P. Moralez Sr. The two were married in 1962 and built a life centered around love, hard work, and family. In 1964, they welcomed their only son, Raymond P. Moralez Jr., who was her pride and joy.
Ludim was the beloved daughter of Maria Elena Baca and Gilberto Martinez Sr., both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond.
She is lovingly survived by her son, Raymond P. Moralez Jr., her brother, Gilberto Martinez Jr., and her large and cherished family, including 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved deeply.
Ludim lived a life defined by dedication and hard work. She worked as a bookkeeper and was a co-owner and co-founder of Transit Pallet Company. She also served her community as a teacher's aide for the Richmond School District for nearly 10 years. She later continued her career as a bookkeeper at Jess Enterprise until her retirement.
Outside of her work, Ludim found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved playing bingo and was a devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants. More than anything, she treasured time spent with her family, creating memories that will live on forever.
Ludim will be remembered for her strength, resilience, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her presence was a blessing, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
A service to honor and celebrate her life will be held on August 4th at 11:00 AM at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens in Concord, California.
