Marcelina M. Rones, 92, passed away at her home in Pittsburg on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of the Philippines and a 58-year resident of Pittsburg. Marcelina worked as a Production Associate for See's Candies in San Bruno, working 30 years. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.  She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, San Nicolas Club, and the Filipino American Association.

Marcelina is survived by her three children, Ronnie (Bessie) Rones, Rolando (Liz) Rones, and Raquel-Rosan (Michael) Eseed.  Her grandchildren, Jennifer (Richard) Adona, Rolando Rones, Jr., Sandralina (Ricki) Rones, Richard Rones, Romeo Rones, Jr., Ronald Rones, Mi'chael (Jenn) Rones, and Jeremiah (Camille) Eseed. Great grandchildren, Lillian, Rizal, Genesee, Kai Adona, and Luca Rones. Sisters, Virginia M. Baluyut, Gloria M. Laxamana, Marina M. Bond, and a host of extended family. She is now united with her beloved husband, Raymond and her beloved son, Romeo Sr. in eternal peace.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm with a vigil at 4:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Funeral liturgy Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10:30am at Church of the Good Shepherd. Committal services following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch.
