Margaret "Margie" Gonzales passed away on April 2, 2013. Margaret was born on February 23, 1932 to Ramon and Catherine Hernandez in Bayard, Nebraska. She was married to Louis Gonzales and had three sons, John, Julian, and Louis. The family lived in Sidney, Nebraska until 1966 at which time they moved to Concord, California. She and her husband lived in Concord until 1978. They moved to Pittsburg, California to be closer to their grandchildren, Michael and Joseph. Margaret was predeceased by her eight brothers and sisters, her husband and two sons, Julian and Louis. She leaves behind a son, John, a daughter in law, Rosalie, two grandsons, Michael and Joseph and their wives, Sara and Julie and four great grandchildren, Miles, Katie, Vivian and Sylvia.

She loved painting, crocheting and other crafts. She especially enjoyed babysitting her grandsons. She had a fun sense of humor that was enjoyed by many. Margaret was a parishioner at the Church of the Good Shepherd for more than forth years.  She was loved by her friends and relatives and will be missed very much.
