Mario "Tony" Romo passed away very peacefully with his "girls" by his side. Tony leaves behind his loving wife of 18 years, Valerie, his daughter Gina Romo Palomino (Mario), his granddaughters Alexaundria (Chickie) Rocha & Essabella (Bella, Juju) Grajeda. His in-laws Peter & Rose Cardinale, brother & sister in-law Peter & Kelly Cardinale, nephews Nicholas & Ryan, and niece Alyssa Cardinale. A tremendous amount of friends and family that he loved with all of his heart.
Tony loved softball, golf, camping at the Russian River, his '52 Chevy, and the 1963 Pittsburg Mallards Pop Warner football team. He retired from the City of Pittsburg in 2008. Tony will be reunited in heaven with his mother & father, Domitila and Antonio Romo.Tony will be missed and loved forever.
Please join us to celebrate Tony's life, Monday November 3, 2014, for visitation at 12pm and a chapel blessing at 1pm, at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. Please wear his favorite colors, black and orange.
