Mike passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29 after a brief illness. He was born in Pittsburg and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1950. Mike worked as a custodian for the Pittsburg Unified School District at Village Elementary School for 37 years. He loved working in his garden and listening to music.
Mike is survived by his sisters, Libby and Carmen Ambrosini of Antioch, nieces, Kathy Beratta (Mark), Marianne Siino of Antioch and Rosanne Siino of Oakland, Linda Brewer of Bay Point, nephews, Anthony and Joe Siino of Antioch, Tom Siino (Linda) of Alamo, David Ambrosini (Myra) of Aptos, great nieces Kristin Mattingly (Jon), Sarah Mowdy, Taylor Brewer and great nephews Matthew Mowdy, Daniel Beratta (Tina), Steven and Brendon Siino and Nicco and Dante Ambrosini. He enjoyed playing with his great great nephew A.J. Beratta and great great nieces, Alysse and Ella Mattingly and Kaitlyn Beratta.
He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Rosa Ambrosini, brothers Tony (Elaine) Ambrosini, Louis Ambrosini and sister, Mary (Frank) Siino.

Private liturgy was held on Feb. 4 at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church with committal at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations may be made in his memory to St. Peter Martyr School 425 West 4th St., Pittsburg, CA 94565.
